Production Workers Production Workers - Earn $22.50+ / Hour! ALL NEW - 4 and 5 day shift options At Calcium Products, we help customers maximize soil fertility to achieve higher crop yields and superior turfgrass by offering the best calcium-based fertilizers on the market. We have been in business for more than 30 years and have offices/operations in Ames, Fort Dodge and Gilmore City, Iowa. Perform all basic production requirements as directed by plant manager or shift lead for carrying out a safe and efficient numerous duties involved include, at a minimum, the following: Operating machinery, inspection and maintenance on all machinery, preparing product for loading and delivering; cleaning and performing basic maintenance on all equipment and tools. Safely complete all production tasks Operate machinery including loaders and forklifts Inspect and maintain machinery such as screens, mills and load outs Maintain a clean and organized workplace Fulfilling all delivery orders in a safe and timely manner Offering customer service whenever required
Education and Experience: Day Shift Hours are from 5am - 5pm; Night Shift 5pm-5am Must be able to stand for a majority of the shift Good mechanical aptitude Capacity to operate light and heavy machinery 2 years working in production environment (preferred)Pre-employment physical Drug and alcohol testing Background check
