We'd love to talk to you!What You'll Be Doing:New Product Development Project managing all new product development alongside our designersManage and execute product development plans, ensuring timely deliveryMaintain accurate Airtable, Excel, and Google sheets regarding product status, photos, and issues.Coordinate sampling, organize priorities, and oversee testing, content creation, and photographyFacilitate communication between US and Asian sourcing teamsPrepare and lead weekly Brand + Sales check-in meetingsConduct product training for internal teamsProduct Improvement Manage product improvements from initiation through implementationMaintain an organized database of costs and product enhancementsCoordinate update of product information, instruction manuals, and photography in Salsify and other systemsMonitor and ensure implementation of product changesProcess Optimization Implement and streamline processes to increase efficiencyManage special projects to support team objectivesWhat You Bring to The Table:Excellent project management and organizational skillsYou can seek out the stakeholders of a new project, work with them to identify the risks, create a project plan and schedule, lead a project kick-off meeting, hold people accountable with regular check-ins, communicate regular status updates to stakeholders, complete the project and celebrate the team's win.Strong communication and interpersonal abilitiesAbility to assess impact vs. effort and prioritize accordinglyYou are comfortable managing up, whether that's following up with the CEO about a cost approval or giving constructive feedback to managers about processes that can be improved.Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPointFluent in speaking and reading ChineseAbility to leverage AI tools to optimize workflows and improve operational efficiencyCalifornia pay range$68,000 - $80,000 USDOur Benefits:100% of your health, dental and vision insurance monthly premiums paid by us!Flexible PTO because we respect the need for work/life harmonyCompany matching 401(k)Vacation reimbursement and wellness and enrichment subsidy programsTuition reimbursementMatching charitable donations to the nonprofit organization of your choiceFree MDB Co. swag + generous employee discount on productsAt Million Dollar Baby Co., we're passionate about diversity and welcome applicants from all backgrounds.
