Job Summary: This is a net-new business development role focused on acquiring new pharmaceutical and life sciences clients and selling Data, Analytics, AI, Cloud, and Digital Transformation solutions. We are seeking a high-impact, results-driven Sales Leader with a demonstrated ability to win net-new enterprise business within the Data, Analytics, and AI landscape. This individual will play a critical role in accelerating revenue growth, expanding our market presence, and establishing strategic client relationships across target industries. The ideal candidate brings a strong track record of enterprise sales success, deep C-suite relationships, and significant experience selling Data & AI solutions, Analytics, Cloud, Digital Transformation, or Technology Consulting services. They will be responsible for developing and executing growth strategies, building a robust sales pipeline, opening new logos, engaging executive stakeholders, and closing large-scale transformational engagements. Key Tech/Domain Focus: Generative AI & LLMs, Data Intelligence Platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, AWS, Azure), AI Data Services (Annotation/Ops), Analytics, and Agentic Workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
  • New Logo Acquisition & Pipeline Generation
  • Drive relentless outbound prospecting to identify and secure net-new logos within strategic enterprise target accounts
  • Own the entire sales cycle, from cold outreach and initial pitch to proposal creation, pricing strategy, negotiation, and final closure.
  • Leverage and aggressively expand your existing network of decision-makers in the AI, cloud, and big data spaces
  • Consultative & Value-Based Selling
  • Translate emerging AI concepts (e.g., LLMs, Agentic AI, vector databases) into tangible business outcomes and ROI for non-technical C-level executives
  • Partner with Solutions Architects and Pre-Sales teams to customize highly technical data architectures, data engineering, and AI solutions to match specific customer use cases
  • Formulate and present world-class proposals, responding effectively to RFPs and RFIsPartner & Channel Orchestration
  • Collaborate closely with technology partner ecosystems (e.g., AWS, Microsoft, Snowflake, Databricks, Google Cloud) to drive co-selling motions and access whitespace accounts
  • Maintain impeccable pipeline hygiene and forecasts within CRM tools
Required Qualifications
Experience: 12+ years of quota-carrying B2B enterprise professional consulting sales experience, with a solid 3+ years specifically selling Data & AI solutions Proven Track Record: Consistent history of exceeding sales quotas and closing net-new business in a fast-paced environment Executive Presence: Prior success in building relationships and negotiating contracts with CIOs, CDOs, and CTOs. Domain Expertise: Clear ability to articulate complex cloud computing, big data architecture (Lakehouse/Data Mesh), analytics platforms, and AI/ML ecosystems Experience managing multimillion-dollar opportunities and long sales cycles. Bachelor's degree required
