This is a hands-on, physically demanding position that requires manual labor throughout the workday. What You'll Do: As a Driver Trainee, you'll work alongside experienced drivers in an active role that involves frequent manual handling of beverage products. You can expect to:
  • Assist with product deliveries to a variety of customers
  • Learn delivery routes, customer service skills, and safety procedures
  • Train to earn your Class-A CDL and become a full-time Route Driver
  • Perform manual labor, including loading, unloading, moving, and handling beverage products throughout a fast-paced workday

Qualifications:
  • Minimum Requirements 21 years or older
  • High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
  • Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record (no DWI/OWI)
  • Ability to pass: Drug screen, Criminal background check, DOT physical, Essential functions screening, MVR review
  • Ability to obtain a Class-A CDL and Salesman's Permit
  • Commitment to responsible alcohol handling and compliance with all laws
Physical Requirements: This is a physically demanding role. You must be able to:
  • Lift up to 160 lbs from ground level
  • Push/pull up to 2,100 lbs with a pallet jack
  • Lift 30 lbs overhead and climb in/out of trucks repeatedly
  • Perform repetitive movements including bending, twisting, squatting, and climbing stairs or ramps
