About the role
- Leading reporting workstreams across multiple client accounts, including dashboard development and recurring performance reporting
- Identifying trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities within existing measurement frameworks
- Translating complex datasets into actionable insights and strategic recommendations
- Managing reporting timelines and coordinating deliverables across internal and external analytics partners
- Supporting client meetings and presentations, communicating findings and recommendations to key stakeholders
- Partnering with account and media teams to ensure reporting aligns with campaign objectives and business goals
- Managing and mentoring Analysts, Senior Analysts, and Managers within the analytics function
- Reviewing team deliverables to ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency
- Recommending improvements to reporting processes, workflows, templates, and quality assurance procedures
- Supporting the execution of established measurement strategies across a variety of client engagements The Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in marketing analytics, media analytics, reporting, insights, or a related field Prior experience of managing, mentoring, or developing junior analytics professionals
- Hands-on experience building and maintaining dashboards and recurring reporting solutions
- Experience working with BigQuery or a comparable cloud data warehouse
- Experience with Funnel.io or comparable ETL/data integration platforms
- Experience using Tableau or similar business intelligence and data visualization tools
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and transform data into actionable recommendations
- Experience managing multiple projects, accounts, or workstreams simultaneously
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams, external partners, and client stakeholders
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Familiarity with marketing measurement methodologies such as attribution, media mix modeling, and incrementality analysis preferred
- Experience within an agency or client services environment preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Business, Analytics, or a related field
