About the Role: The Company is seeking a Vice President for a new enterprise-level Center of Excellence (COE) in Product Management, Engineering, and Product Marketing. This role is pivotal in establishing and leading the COE to enhance the rigor and consistency of product planning, development, and support across the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning and evolving the enterprise product operating system, partnering with business leaders to ensure data-driven decision-making, and maintaining shared tools and metrics for product line reviews. Additionally, the VP will focus on product quality and performance, engineering excellence, and product marketing standards, all while building and developing talent in these disciplines. Applicants must have 12-15+ years' of experience in product management, engineering, or product marketing leadership, with a proven track record of building and scaling a center of excellence or enterprise standard across a multi-business organization. Deep fluency in product management disciplines and the ability to lead through influence are essential. The role requires a builder mindset, balancing enterprise standardization with respect for individual business contexts, and a strong focus on data-driven decision-making. A background in industrial technology, manufacturing, or a related B2B hardware/software environment is necessary, with a preference for candidates familiar with connected/IoT products and multi-energy or mobility end markets. The VP will be expected to deliver measurable outcomes in product quality, field performance, and customer experience, and to foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
