About the role

Smalls is seeking a VP of Product & Engineering to define the vision for our digital product and platform, and to drive the business results that vision delivers. You will lead a cross-functional team across product, design, and engineering, partnering with Marketing to align growth goals with the product roadmap. You’ll own the onsite experience, checkout, accounts, and product surfaces that keep customers coming back, while tying metrics like conversion, AOV, and LTV to revenue.
