- Temporary Eligibility Intake Specialist Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position$ 19.67 to $ 25.61 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift (Monday through Friday)
- Bilingual differential: Additional $2.00 per hour for qualified Spanish–English bilingual candidates
- Interview and screen individuals and families applying for rental assistance.
- Explain program requirements and help applicants understand the next steps.
- Support participants in person and over the phone with patience and professionalism.
- Create and maintain complete, accurate participant files.
- Enter information promptly into internal and grant-funded databases while following program procedures and protecting confidential information.
- Temporary Eligibility Intake Specialist Qualifications:
- Strong listening and communication skills, with the ability to work respectfully with people from a wide range of backgrounds and life circumstances.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and web-based record systems.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
- A valid driver's license and a driving record that meets position requirements.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
