About the role
Offering a flexible, remote opportunity, the Member of the Board of Advisors - Transaction Committee Leadership will provide high-level strategic guidance on market opportunities, partnerships, and investment themes to support Healthcare Shares' mission-driven healthcare ecosystem.
Key responsibilities:
Provide strategic guidance on Healthcare Shares' growth, positioning, and long-term vision
Advise on healthcare market trends and emerging opportunities for startup evaluation and founder support
Participate in board-related discussions and contribute recommendations based on professional expertise
Required qualifications:
Significant experience in healthcare, venture capital, startups, or related fields
Preferred senior leadership, board, advisory, or entrepreneurial experience
Strong professional network within healthcare and investment ecosystems
Ability to provide strategic guidance to support healthcare startups
Commitment of approximately 2-4 hours per month for board participation
