About the role

Tides seeks an entrepreneurial fundraising leader to launch its first dedicated Development office in support of the organization’s renewed vision and mission. The Vice President will design fundraising strategies, source and cultivate relationships with individual philanthropists and institutional funders, and lead Gift Officers and Philanthropic Strategists. This build role requires delivering near-term progress while constructing long-term infrastructure to sustain growth for years to come,
