The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in graphic design including time at an agency or in-house experience supporting corporate communications, public relations or public affairs. Our team convenes one day a week in person at our Walnut Creek office for team building, training, mentoring and more.Responsibilities: Conceptualize and create a wide range of materials, including fact sheets, presentations, infographics, reports, mailers, social media posts and digital assetsTranslate complex information into clear, visually engaging contentCollaborate with account teams to strategize on client materials and creative directionTake ownership of projects from concept through final executionProvide innovative approaches to design while ensuring brand consistency and high-quality output across all deliverablesPrepare and manage print production, including file setup, proofing and final deliveryParticipate in client-facing presentations and design reviews, as neededProvide guidance and feedback to junior designers and contribute to team best practicesQualifications:5+ years of experience in graphic design (including experience at a communications, public relations or public affairs agency or in a similar in-house position)Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat) and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)Strong understanding of layout, typography and visual hierarchyStrong communication skills and ability to interpret and apply creative directionExceptional attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to understand and carry out oral and written direction with minimal oversightAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentExperience with web design, copywriting and editing is a plusBachelor’s degree in the design/graphic arts fieldPortfolio required (must demonstrate strong layout, typography and presentation design)What Success Looks LikeProduces polished, client-ready work with minimal oversightElevates the clarity and impact of complex content through designContributes positively to a collaborative, high-performing team environmentExpected Salary: This position offers a base salary range of $80,000 to $95,000 per year, alongside industry-leading benefits such as end-of-year profit sharing and a performance bonus program for eligible team members. While we anticipate that the successful candidate hired into this role will be placed near the entry or midpoint of the salary range, the starting salary will be determined based on various factors, including years of experience, relevant experience type, education and more.Additional Benefits and Compensation: Keadjian Associates offers a discretionary bonus program for eligible team members, with bonuses awarded based on performance and contributions at the Company’s sole discretion. Additionally, eligible team members can participate in the Company’s 401(k) Program, with competitive employer contributions. The Company pays 100% of premiums for medical, dental and vision benefits for team members and covers 30% of spouse/dependent coverage, with buy-up options available for additional premiums and spouse/dependent coverage.The Company reserves the right to modify, amend or eliminate any of its employee benefits at any time, consistent with applicable law.
