- Deliver empathetic, professional support across phone, email, and chat
- Handle a high volume of inbound calls while staying upbeat and organized
- Accurately schedule appointments and coordinate with our field technicians
- Research solutions and provide clear, friendly answers to customer questions
- Maintain detailed and accurate notes in our systems
- Spot opportunities to recommend additional services that add value to the customer
- Work closely with the team to keep jobs moving smoothly
- Learn our products and services so well that you become a trusted expert
- 1+ year of customer service experience (home services experience = bonus!)Strong communication and active listening skills
- Friendly, patient, and positiveespecially under pressure
- Excellent multitasking and time-management abilities
- Comfort with technology and CRM tools (ServiceTitan experience = plus!)Team-oriented attitude with a desire to learn and grow
- High school diploma or equivalent
