Moburst, a leading global digital marketing agency, has joined forces with Uproar PR to create Uproar by Moburst- a powerhouse in innovative marketing and public relations. Trusted by top global brands, we deliver bold strategies and creative campaigns that make an impact. We are looking for a highly driven, results-oriented PR Business Development Executive to spearhead the growth of Uproar by Moburst’s public relations services. In this hands-on, full-cycle outbound sales role, you will act as a true hunter- identifying prospective clients, generating new business opportunities from scratch, running pitch presentations, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities: Proactively identify, target, and qualify prospective clients interested in PR and media relations services through cold outreach, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and networking. Manage the entire sales funnel from target research and cold outreach to running discovery calls, pitching strategic PR solutions, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. Understand prospect business needs and articulate how Uproar by Moburst’s PR and agency offerings drive real business impact. Establish and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, Marketing Directors, and key decision-makers. Consistently meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and performance metrics.
Requirements: 3+ years of experience in B2B outbound sales, with a proven track record of selling professional services or agency services (PR, Digital Marketing, Media Relations, etc.)- Must. Demonstrated track record of generating leads independently, executing cold outreach strategies, and closing deals without dedicated SDR/BDR support– Must. Outstanding written, verbal, pitch, and negotiation skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment, managing multiple opportunities simultaneously with high self-accountability.
