About the role
Job Description:
- The Warehouse Associate supports day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, staging, inventory control, and shipping materials used by field crews. This role ensures the right equipment is in the right place at the right time.
- This position is ideal for someone who is dependable, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
- Warehouse Operations
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming materials and equipment
- Pick, stage, and prepare materials for field crews and job sites
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
- Maintain accurate inventory records and material tracking
- Organization & Inventory
- Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and clearly labeled
- Assist with inventory counts, audits, and reconciliation
- Identify damaged, missing, or low-stock items and report issues
- Safety & Support
- Follow TCE safety standards and warehouse procedures
- Use equipment and tools safely (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc., if certified)
- Support Warehouse Manager and Operations with daily needs
Requirements:
- What You Need to Be a Fit1–3 years of warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift, move, and handle materials safely
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Valid driver’s license preferred
