Financial Analyst wanted by East Coast Metals, Inc. in Hialeah, FL to dvlp & maintain advanced fin'l models for construction projects. Analyze project cost structures, labor utilization, subcontractor expenditures, material pricing trends, & overhead allocations. Conduct fin'l feasibility studies for new construction developments, acquisitions, & capital investments. Evaluate fin'l risks, assist in strategic planning, long-term fin'l forecasting, & scenario analysis. Support external audits, lender reporting reqmts, & compliance w/ fin'l regs & acctg stds. Assist w/ budgeting & forecasting processes across multiple simultaneous construction projects. Must have a Master's deg in Bus Admin, Economics, or a closely rltd field & 24 mos of exp in the job offd or rltd field & knowl of Advanced fin'l modeling & forecasting capabilities, using Microsoft Excel, fin'l reporting s/ware, ERP systems & knowl of GAAP.
