Responsibilities: Assist technicians in performing body repairs, including sanding, painting, and panel replacement. Learn to use various tools and equipment safely and effectively. Prepare work areas and materials to ensure efficient workflow. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace. Assist in inspecting repaired vehicles for quality and completeness. Receive and apply on-the-job training to develop technical skills.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Strong interest in automotive repair and body work. Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment. Good communication skills and a positive attitude. Willingness to learn and grow within the company. Ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods.
