Collaborate with agency teams to provide a seamless customer experience. Continue developing your sales skills through training and coaching. Requirements Active Texas Property & Casualty license (required). Bilingual skills (preferred but not required). Prior insurance experience (service and/or sales). Positive, professional attitude with a strong customer-service mindset. Self-starter with a sense of urgency and ability to manage priorities.
