Customer Service AssociateLHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual for our client. The associate will serve as the first point of contact for customers at their HVAC distribution Branch. This individual will support contractor and commercial clients by processing orders, coordinating pickups, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting with various administrative functions. This role offers significant growth potential for candidates interested in developing into Inside Sales opportunities within a stable and growing organization.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers at the front counter. Process customer orders accurately and efficiently. Locate and prepare products for customer pickup. Generate invoices and sales documentation. Handle cash transactions when necessary. Answer customer questions regarding orders and products. Maintain positive relationships with contractors and commercial customers. Support the Warehouse Manager with administrative tasks. Maintain accurate records and documentation. Learn and utilize company software systems for inventory, invoicing, and customer management. Help coordinate communication between customers, warehouse staff, and sales personnel.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Strong customer service experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer proficiency. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Schedule: M-F 7:30am - 4pm, Full Time
Pay Range: $22-$26/hr (Depending on Experience)
