The role leverages established Colorado relationships to drive growth, manage projects, and deliver high-quality, LRFD-based designs for CDOT, municipalities, and private clients. The candidate will lead teams, negotiate contracts, and develop staff, while collaborating across business units to expand service offerings and market penetration.
