Massage Therapist Mend Spa, is a wellness studio specializing in bio-optimized holistic therapies leveraging a fusion of advanced technologies and intentional body work.

Job Summary: We are seeking a licensed Massage Therapist to join our new wellness spa. As a Massage Therapist, you will tailor massage treatments to your patient's individual needs and health goals. The successful candidate will be proactive, goal, sales and action oriented, knowledgeable in a variety of massage styles, possess a deep knowledge of human anatomy and the musculoskeletal system, and work well as part of a new and growing holistic wellness team.

Responsibilities:

Assist with developing, testing and enhancing body work protocols
Perform a variety of massage and body treatments
Educate clients on the services and products offered as well as the therapeutic benefits of regular massage therapy
Maintain accurate records of each session
Schedule, confirm, and cancel appointments
Build relationships with clients to assist them with meeting their wellness goals
Ensure a clean and safe facility
Complying with all applicable standards, rules, and regulations.

Qualifications:

Hold current state license and liability insurance to practice massage therapy
Capable of performing deep tissue, Swedish, lymphatic drainage, pain relief, and maternity massage modalities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strongly service oriented with an ability to communicate effectively with clients in a one-on-one setting
High level of ethics and integrity.
A passion for helping people look and feel their best.
Dual Esthetics license is a plus but not a required
