Urology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

This is an outstanding opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant looking to practice in a busy outpatient setting alongside experienced physicians and advanced practice providers while enjoying an exceptional quality of life on the South Carolina coast. With more than 100 employees and 30 providers across multiple locations, the organization has built a reputation for delivering outstanding urologic care while fostering a supportive environment where providers can thrive. Position Highlights Busy outpatient urology practice with an established patient base High volume clinic seeing more than 200 patients each day Work closely with physicians and experienced APPsOffice based position with exposure to surgical patients and urgent urologic conditions No hospital rounding No call responsibilities Monday through Friday schedule 8:00 AM to 5:00 PMCollaborative and supportive provider team Excellent mentorship for newer providers interested in urology Compensation Base salary of $110,000 to $140,000 Quarterly performance bonus Opportunity to earn up to 15% of annual salary through a productivity program based on collections and patient volume Benefits 22 days of paid time off 8 paid holidays 2 floating holidaysCME allowance Malpractice insurance with tail coverage Comprehensive benefits package
Qualifications: Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Strong communication and patient care skills Ability to thrive in a fast paced clinical environment Interest or experience in urology is preferred, but motivated providers from other specialties are encouraged to apply based on experience and fit Why Join This Team?
