This role combines direct patient care, medication management, provider supervision, clinical consultation, and program development.Key Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and medication managementDiagnose and treat complex mental, emotional, and behavioral disordersDevelop individualized, evidence-based treatment plansPrescribe and manage psychotropic medications with emphasis on harm reduction and minimizing polypharmacyOrder and interpret laboratory, pharmacogenomic, and cognitive assessmentsPrescribe and oversee Ketamine, Spravato (esketamine), and TMS treatmentsProvide clinical supervision and oversight to NPs, PAs, and therapistsServe as collaborating physician for NP/PA practice agreements when applicableConsult on complex/high-risk cases and participate in peer reviewSupport provider training, clinical protocols, quality standards, and program developmentQualifications:MD or DO from an accredited medical schoolBoard Certified in PsychiatryUnrestricted medical license; Colorado license preferredActive DEA registrationEligible for commercial and government payer credentialingFluent in English and proficient with EHR systemsExperience supervising NPs/PAs preferredTMS, Ketamine, Spravato, or other interventional psychiatry experience preferredOutpatient psychiatry and telehealth experience preferredClinical leadership/program development experience preferredCompensation & Benefits:Salary: Based on experiencePerformance-based bonus + signing bonus opportunitiesJ-1/H-1B Visa Sponsorship401(k) with generous employer matchHealth, dental, and vision insuranceGenerous PTO + paid holidaysColorado FAMLI benefitsStudent loan repayment benefitMoving allowanceMalpractice coverage
