Key ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive administrative support across multiple departments and office functionsUtilize the Microsoft Office Suite—particularly Excel —to streamline workflows and support data-driven initiativesMaintain accurate, well-organized records and filing systems in compliance with company standardsCoordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and manage travel arrangements as neededHandle inbound and outbound communications with professionalism and efficiencyPrepare reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and other business documentsEnsure document control processes are followed and continuously improvedQualifications & SkillsStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced or solid working knowledge of ExcelExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with vendors, customers, and internal partnersComfortable working with modern office software, digital tools, and workplace technologiesHighly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skillsMandarin speaking and writing skills preferred
