Come join our team and experience our AMAZING culture! We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office and assist with day-to-day activities. Experience with and or the desire to learn property management is desired.
Responsibilities: Manage and organize office communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail. Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and physical. Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations. Assist with tenant inquiries and provide excellent customer service. Support management with various administrative tasks as needed. Maintain office supplies and place orders when necessary. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications: Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Professional and friendly demeanor. Compensation*$19-$20 *Final agreed-upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.
