About the role

As of October 1st, a powerhouse firm, is seeking a Technology Learning & Development Specialist. This role will develop and deliver technology and will be responsible for:
Key Responsibilities: Producing engaging technology training programs for attorneys and staff Coordinating new hire technology orientation and adaption across offices Creating training materials, quick reference guides, and e-learning resources Supporting the adoption of new technologies and workflows Collaborating with practice groups and internal teams to identify training needs Providing virtual, in-person, and desk-side technology training and support
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a law firm Strong communication, organization, and project management skills Ability to learn new technologies quickly and translate technical concepts into user-friendly training Strong knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365 (Word, Outlook, Excel, Power Point)Experience with legal technology such as Net Documents, Litera Create, or NTD is highly desirable Knowledge of AI tools and iTimekeep is a plus Resume may be submitted in confidence to olivia@leaselabau.com
