An established, energetic restaurant on LA's Westside is seeking a Floor Manager who brings warmth, initiative, and a genuine passion for hospitality. This is an opportunity for an emerging leader who learns quickly, thrives on a busy floor, and is ready to grow. You might already be a floor manager, or you may be a shift supervisor, lead server, or lead bartender with meaningful leadership responsibilities. What matters most is your ability to absorb feedback, apply what you learn, and help the people around you succeed.
The Role: Lead from the floor, supporting the team and keeping the guest experience at the center of each shift. Build rapport with guests, anticipate needs, and resolve concerns with warmth and sound judgment. Communicate clearly across the front and back of house to keep service coordinated. Adapt to changing priorities, including last-minute parties and unexpected service challenges. Coach teammates in the moment and contribute to a positive, accountable culture. Learn and support scheduling, staffing coordination, and daily operational responsibilities.

Ready to grow: You have some restaurant leadership experience and want to build your management skills. Exposure to scheduling is a plus. You do not need to have independently owned the schedule, but you should be comfortable learning that responsibility and building proficiency quickly.
