About the Role:
In this position you will recruit via outbound calls, networking, social media, and more. Hold weekly trainings & coaching sessions. Qualifications:
Real Estate experience is an absolute must with 5 years minimum experience required with a positive track record of growth. We have proven systems and training to support you in every way possible. No remote option available and the office is located in Somerset, NJ.
Required Skills:
Strong desire to mentor and coach. Ability to work in a team environment. Experience in recruiting and training.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in real estate leadership. Proven track record of growth in real estate. Pay range and compensation package
Compensation:
