Working closely with the leader of the division responsible for AI enablement and ecommerce, this person will serve as a hands-on partner in identifying opportunities, building useful solutions, and helping employees incorporate AI into their everyday work. The focus of the role is on understanding how people work and translating business needs into practical tools, automations, and repeatable workflows. Projects may range from helping a team use AI to compare documents or prepare reports to prototyping a more involved solution that brings together information from several sources.
Core Responsibilities:
Partner with colleagues across finance, legal, business development, brand management, marketing, creative, ecommerce, and other functions to understand their work and identify opportunities for improvement.
Work with company leadership to prioritize use cases and turn ideas into practical solutions.
Build, test, and refine reusable prompts, Claude projects, skills, automations, and connected workflows that help employees complete real business tasks.
Research and evaluate existing tools before recommending whether to configure an available platform, purchase software, or develop a custom solution.
Prototype simple applications, dashboards, or reporting tools where appropriate, working with engineering and other specialists when more complex development or integrations are needed.
Document solutions and measure their impact on time spent, accuracy, adoption, and productivity.
Provide hands-on coaching and demonstrations tailored to employees with different levels of technical comfort.
Help teams move from asking AI general questions to incorporating it into repeatable business processes.
Develop clear guides, playbooks, and training materials that employees and license partners can reuse.
Build relationships across the organization, encourage experimentation, and help colleagues become more confident using approved tools.
Support the development of practical AI usage guidelines and recommendations.
Help evaluate vendors and potential use cases for data privacy, security, and business suitability, involving legal, IT, and governance stakeholders as appropriate.
Identify ways AI and automation can improve ecommerce and partner workflows.
Key Qualifications:
2-5+ years of relevant professional experience in business operations, marketing operations, business systems, product management, analytics, ecommerce, or a related area.
Practical experience using AI beyond general search, with examples of workflows, tools, automations, or applications built to solve a problem.
Strong initiative and curiosity: someone who notices an inefficient process, explores possible solutions, and follows through.
Ability to ask thoughtful questions, understand unfamiliar business processes, and translate needs into workable solutions.
Technical fluency and comfort experimenting with AI tools, connected applications, and low-code or no-code platforms.
A practical approach to problem-solving, including knowing when an existing tool is sufficient and when specialist support is needed.
Clear writing, documentation, and presentation skills.
Willingness to learn across functions and contribute to ecommerce operations as part of a broader business role.
Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
