Known for delivering high-end residential communities and large-scale multifamily projects, they offer a collaborative culture, stable project pipeline, and clear career progression opportunities.Job DescriptionManage interior finishes, quality control, and punch list completion for luxury residential projects. Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, and turnover activities to maintain schedules. Monitor daily construction progress and maintain project documentation. Identify and resolve deficiencies while ensuring work meets plans and specifications. Background in multifamily, condominium, hospitality, or residential projects. Strong understanding of finish sequencing, quality standards, and unit turnover. Experience coordinating subcontractors and managing multiple work fronts. Proficiency with Procore and ability to read construction drawings.What's On OfferSalary: $110,000 - $150,000 + bonus.
