About the Role: Muriel Siebert & Co Inc is looking for a motivated and personable Customer Service Agent to join our team in Boca Raton, FL. Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist clients with account questions, transactions, and general financial service needs
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM systems
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex client concerns
  • Educate clients on products, services, and account features
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and financial industry regulations
Requirements:
  • Prior customer service experience, preferably in financial services or brokerage
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with MS. Office (Comfortable with the daily use of basic Excel and Word).Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-volume environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilitiesFINRA licenses (Series 7, 63, or equivalent) a plus but not required
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
