Location: Phoenix AZ Schedule: Initially onsite; hybrid (1 day remote/week) after training Employment Type: Contract with potential for full-time conversion Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Legal Assistant to support daily administrative and legal operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask across multiple systems, and comfort working in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative and clerical support to legal team Manage documents, files, and case-related information Assist with data entry, document preparation, and correspondence Coordinate across multiple platforms and systems efficiently Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality Support general office and legal administrative functions Must-Have Qualifications Some legal education, coursework, or relevant legal experience preferred Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems simultaneously High attention to detail and organizational skills Strong communication and time management abilities Interviews: Virtual Schedule: Fully onsite during training; hybrid (1 remote day/week) once trained Conversion: Opportunity to convert to full-time based on performance within the first 4–5 weeks #J-18808-Ljbffr
