We are seeking a Senior Design Consultant to join a premier homebuilding design showroom in Greater Dallas. This is an exciting opportunity for a design-minded professional who understands that selecting finishes for a new home is about more than aesthetics; it’s about helping customers create a home that reflects their lifestyle, personality, and vision. As a Senior Design Consultant, you’ll serve as a trusted partner throughout the homebuilding journey. You’ll combine interior design expertise, consultative sales, and exceptional hospitality to create an elevated and memorable experience for every homebuyer.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in interior design, Architecture, Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.10+ years of experience in interior design, residential homebuilding, and/or showroom sales. Exceptional customer service, relationship-building, and consultative selling skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and confidently. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to prioritize multiple customers, appointments, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively. Professional appearance and demeanor consistent with luxury customer experience.
