About the role

MoonPay is seeking a Product Counsel to be the dedicated legal partner for its expanding product suite, covering DeFi products, AI-driven financial services, and regulated crypto asset services. The role partners with product, compliance, and regulatory strategy to move fast while staying compliant. The candidate will advise on governance of DeFi features, wallet architecture, and licensing in multiple jurisdictions, and will work closely with engineering, product, and risk teams to craft
