You'll provide excellent customer service by performing all job responsibilities with a sense of ownership and team approach. Key responsibilities and essential functions include:Stocking: Stocks and rotates items in market casesLoads, unloads, and moves heavy, bulky products to support in-stock conditionsBuilds, stocks, signs, maintains, and takes down store displays as directedChecks shipments for out-of-date and damaged product to ensure freshness and qualityReports all out of date and damaged product received issues to Manager.Reports missing signs or tags to the Manager or Shelf Edge teamScrapes and trays products as neededWeighs prepackaged items as neededCustomer Service: Provides excellent customer service by answering customers' questions regarding products and assists them with selectionsMay communicate safe handling and cooking methods to customers as neededFood Safety / Sanitation: Organizes and cleans prep areas, freezers, coolers, wareroom, and sales floorCleans and sanitizes display cases; properly operates/maintains equipmentComplies with department/store operating procedures and federal/state regulationsThe responsibilities and essential functions outlined above describe the general nature and level of work assigned to this position.
