About the role
Eurofins USA is seeking a Senior Employment Compliance Specialist to lead high‐level employment matters, investigations, and policy guidance. You will partner with HR Business Partners and senior leaders to minimize risk while ensuring lawful, fair, and consistent outcomes across the organization. You'll mentor teams, develop training on investigations, wage and hour, and ADA compliance, and drive proactive risk mitigation through policy improvements and process enhancements.
