Homebase Behavior Consulting Inc. Behavior Technician We seek Behavior Technicians for our Boylston and Fitchburg offices. We are a growing ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) agency providing programs for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. The Behavior Technician will observe, record data, and complete client session notes while supporting and monitoring client progress. As a Behavior Technician you will work 1:1 with clients in a team based environment, and receive paid training, guidance and coaching from Board Certified Behavior Analysts. We provide comprehensive training in the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), a scientific approach to understanding behavior. Why work at Homebase Behavior Consulting? Requirements:
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Valid drivers' license
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Authorized to work in the US; no sponsorships
Duties:
  • Provide 1:1 care with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder
  • Collect and track data to monitor client progress
  • Follow and record prescribed behavioral skills and reduction protocols
  • Collaborate with the team, including clients, parents, and co-workers
  • Flexible Schedule:4 - 6 hour shift
  • Afternoon/evening shifts
