Job DescriptionWorkday Techno-Functional Consultant who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions within the Workday ecosystem. This role involves configuring Workday modules, developing integrations, supporting business processes, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver scalable HR and Finance solutions.Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to gather and analyze business requirements Configure and maintain Workday modules such as HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Time Tracking, or Financials Design, build, and support Workday integrations using tools like EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Studio Develop calculated fields, reports, dashboards, and business process frameworks (BPFs) W2 Profiles only Nice To Have Skills 7+ years of experience working with Workday Strong experience in at least one functional area (HCM, Finance, Payroll, etc.) Hands‐on experience with Workday integrations (EIB, Workday Studio, Core Connectors) Knowledge of Workday reporting tools and calculated fields Understanding of business process design and configuration
