About the role
Join a leading fintech company, Robinhood, in democratizing finance for all! As a Web Engineer on the Sherwood team, you'll play a key role in expanding Robinhood's web experience, specifically focused on delivering actionable financial news to retail traders within the trading app. You will create high-quality, performant products using React, TypeScript, and CSS-in-JS. You will own and drive features from inception to launch, and collaborate with design and product experts to rapidly iterate and ship financial products.
What you'll do:
- Create high-quality, performant products that leverage technologies like React, TypeScript, and CSS-in-JSOwn and drive features from inception and design to implementation and launch, being the web expert on your team
- Build and improve tools to support Robinhood's operations and platforms, providing leverage across the company
- Collaborate with design and product experts to rapidly iterate and ship financial products
- Build frameworks and abstractions to materially accelerate and empower other developers
