About the role

We are seeking an experienced Tier 3 Help Desk Specialist to help us provide exceptional customer service. As a Tier 3 Help Desk Specialist, your ability to troubleshoot non-documented problems and think outside of the box is of the utmost importance. Candidates that have recent experience working for an MSP are preferred. This is a remote position, but candidates must be located in the Saint Louis area.
