Job Description

Schedule: 2nd Shift: 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM (Monday – Friday)

Key Responsibilities: Operate compounding extrusion production equipment. Document production time, yield, and scrap for each production order. Label and return unused raw materials to the preparation area. Monitor machine performance and assist with material replenishment. Support continuous machine operation to maintain production efficiency.

Qualifications:

Previous machine operation experience a plus
Mechanical aptitude, but not required
Ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs
Comfortable working in a dusty manufacturing environment
Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
Reliable attendance and ability to work assigned shift
