We are recruiting for an exciting opportunity with a leading travel business in Cheshire, seeking an experienced and driven Sales Team Manager to join their team. Reporting to the Head of Sales & Service, you will lead a multi-brand sales team, driving sales, margin and service performance while delivering an exceptional customer experience across a portfolio of brands. This role will be hybrid in Cheshire and working Mon-Fri 9am-5.30pm with 1 Saturday per month and offers a competitive basic salary, commission/bonus and many other company benefits. Travel Sales Manager Key Responsibilities-Lead, motivate, coach and develop the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.-Own sales, revenue, margin and profit performance across the brands.-Monitor leads, customer service levels and team KPIs.-Deliver coaching, training and development to enhance individual and team performance.-Review sales data and provide commercial insight, identifying trends and opportunities.-Introduce sales initiatives, incentives and team challenges to maximise performance.-Manage rotas, performance issues, complaints and day-to-day sales support..
Travel Sales Manager Experience Required: -Previous experience in a Sales Team Leader or Sales Management role in travel -A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.-Strong commercial and analytical skills.-Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation abilities.-A natural ability to coach, motivate and develop people.-Strong organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure.-A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
