Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–6:00 PMAssignment Dates: October 9 – November 5

Position Overview: We are seeking a reliable, organized, and customer-service-oriented Temporary Parking Registration Assistant to support a residential community in Annandale, VA during the transition to a new parking policy. This individual will assist residents with parking decal pickup and registration, maintain accurate records, and provide general administrative support. Training on the community's parking registration and decal distribution process will be provided.
Responsibilities: Assist residents with the parking decal pickup and registration process. Distribute parking decals and accurately track issued decals. Maintain organized records and file completed registration information. Enter and update information using Microsoft Excel. Print, organize, and prepare documents as needed. Answer residents' questions and provide friendly, professional assistance. Maintain accurate documentation throughout the decal distribution process. Communicate questions, discrepancies, or resident concerns to property management. Provide general administrative support throughout the assignment.
Qualifications: Comfortable using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Professional and comfortable interacting directly with residents. Reliable and punctual with the ability to work the full temporary assignment. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to learn and follow the parking registration process after training. Previous administrative, front desk, concierge, property management, or customer service experience is a plus. Spanish-speaking ability is highly preferred due to the community's resident population.
