We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a busy service-focused team in Pine Brook, NJ. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping customers, and can effectively manage a high volume of calls, emails, and service requests while staying organized and detail-oriented.
Key Responsibilities: Handle a high volume of incoming customer calls, emails, and service requests Assist customers with service questions, appointments, technician updates, and general inquiries Provide timely, professional, and accurate communication throughout the service process Document customer conversations, requests, changes, and follow-up items accurately Support the Dispatch team with customer information, scheduling updates, and service details Communicate schedule changes, delays, cancellations, and technician updates to customers Maintain accurate customer and service information within company systems Manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail Follow up on customer matters and assigned tasks through completion Work closely with Customer Service, Dispatch, technicians, Parts, Estimates, Accounts Receivable, and other internal teams Utilize CRM, phone, communication, and service-management systems effectively
Qualifications: Previous customer service, call center, service coordination, or administrative support experience preferred Experience in a high-volume customer service environment strongly preferred Field service or dispatch support experience is a plus Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent organization, multitasking, and follow-through Strong attention to detail and data-entry skills Comfortable learning new technology and systems Ability to remain professional and productive in a fast-paced environment Dependable, team-oriented, and customer-focused
