Job Summary: Join a thriving mental health practice on Manhattan's Upper West Side and expand your expertise at the intersection of psychotherapy, neuroscience, and brain-based care. We are seeking a licensed Mental Health Therapist-LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or Psychologist to become part of our growing clinical team. This position offers the distinctive opportunity to broaden your clinical skill set through paid training in neurofeedback, an emerging, evidence-based approach to improving brain regulation. No previous neurofeedback experience is required—we will provide comprehensive training. As your skills develop, you will have opportunities to participate in the full range of services offered by Neurofeedback Therapy Services, including QEEG brain mapping, biofeedback, neurofeedback, and the teaching of neurofeedback and QEEG workshops. Team members with writing or research experience may also choose to contribute to our extensive research and publishing activities. In addition, all employees receive complimentary access to our asynchronous learning platform, which offers comprehensive courses covering the full spectrum of psychophysiological learning. Compensation begins at $40 per hour during the initial two- to three-week training period. An immediate raise follows successful completion of the initial training, with regular increases available as additional skills and competencies are acquired.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
