About the role
Labor Rocket is seeking motivated individuals to work as a CNC operator at our client in Rochester, MI. Whether you're experienced or just starting out, this family-owned company provides the environment you need to succeed! Shifts and Pay:1st shift is 7am to 3pm2 nd shift is 3pm to 11pmJob Responsibilities: Operate CNC machines in an automotive manufacturing production environment Perform quality checks on all produced parts using gauges and measurement tools Maintain a clean and safe workspace Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE
Requirements:
- Able to lift up to 70 lbs consistently throughout the 8-hour shift
- Strong work history with longevity in previous roles
- Ability to work in a loud and fast-paced environment
- Recent, consistent manufacturing experience required
- Machine operating experience in a machine shop environment is preferred but not required
