Python Full Stack Developer Blu Omega is seeking a Python Full Stack Developer to support a federal program focused on modernizing applications supporting the lifecycle of SBA 7(a) loans. This role operates within a cloud-based environment and is responsible for full-stack application development across modernization efforts while maintaining ongoing operations. The position requires experience supporting full-stack development and cloud application modernization within a mission-driven environment. Program Overview: A federal program focused on modernizing applications supporting the lifecycle of SBA 7(a) loans while maintaining ongoing Details:Location: Remote Clearance: Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Public Trust suitability determination Responsibilities:Collaborate with clients, digital leaders, solution architects, and technical and functional leads across digital teams and market segments to support client engagements, growth initiatives, and capability development. Serve as a key member of the modernization team to address technical challenges, deliver demonstrations, and build solution prototypes using cloud architectures and modern software technologies. Provide hands-on full-stack engineering for scalable, secure, distributed systems using modern programming languages, cloud-native and microservices architectures, containerization, and API-first design collaboratively with user experience designers, platform engineers, product owners, solution architects, and business analysts to design, build, test, and deploy software products on AWS that meet functional and non-functional requirements. Required Qualifications:Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in full-stack application development. Bachelor's degree required, or a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree. Minimum 3 years of experience developing cloud applications on AWS.Experience implementing frontend and backend services for cloud-native software products using Python, Java Script, Django, and Vue.js. Proficiency in Python and Java Script. Proven ability to work independently while collaborating with, mentoring, and supporting team members to solve complex technical problems. Proven ability to develop software products and solution prototypes, using prototypes to validate technical strategies and communicate trade-offs of complex design understanding of Agile and Scaled Agile practices and principles, with experience planning and implementing software products with agility. Preferred Qualifications:Django experience preferred; equivalent experience with Flask, FastAPI, Falcon, or SQLAlchemy may be considered. Vue.js experience preferred; equivalent experience with React, Svelte, or Angular version 1.6 or higher may be considered. Compensation: Salary Range: $135,000.00 - $160,000. Final compensation is based on technical skills, experience, education, certifications, and clearance.
