About the role

Kepler Communications seeks a General Counsel & Vice President, Legal and Regulatory Affairs to lead all legal, regulatory, compliance, government affairs and governance globally. You will guide executives, manage risk, and partner cross-functionally to enable rapid growth. You will oversee spectrum strategy, licensing, and international regulatory engagement with agencies such as the FCC, ITU, and other regulators, while developing scalable processes and leading outside counsel.
