Preferred: In-home, consultative, or high-ticket sales experience WHAT TO EXPECTBuilding positive relationships with potential customers to foster trust in your knowledge and our HVAC services Conducting in-home consultations and inspecting residential heating and air conditioning systems Identifying opportunities for upgrades or replacements and presenting options to the customer Performing load calculations, system evaluations, and equipment sizing, and helping customers choose the right equipment Generating price estimates, explaining financing options, and encouraging customers to close deals Collaborating with service technicians and installers to explain project scope and ensure we provide the high-quality service the customer is expecting SCHEDULEThis isn't a standard Monday-Friday 8-5 role - and that's part of what makes it rewarding. Comfort Advisors work on a flexible, customer-driven schedule that varies day to day. Some days start at 8 AM, others at 10 AM, and end times may range from late afternoon to early evening. Saturday availability helps you maximize your earning potential, since many homeowners prefer weekend consultations.
