About the role
We are seeking a House Manager / Home Concierge to support the day-to-day operations of a private residence in Howard County, MD. This role includes household organization, vendor coordination, errands, deliveries, inventory management, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and scheduling. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, professional, discreet, and able to manage multiple household priorities independently.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in household management, personal assistance, concierge services, hospitality, nannying, executive support, or a related field preferred. Exceptional organizational, communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and proactively. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required; comfortable using smartphones and apps for scheduling and communication. Must be able to perform light physical tasks, lift approximately 3040 pounds, and successfully complete background and reference checks.
Key Requirements:
Coordinate household vendors, service appointments, deliveries, errands, inventory, restocking, and recurring household needs. Provide light housekeeping, laundry and linen support, home organization, kitchen upkeep, and basic meal preparation as needed. Maintain a high level of professionalism, discretion, confidentiality, and personalized client service. Flexibility to occasionally work evenings or weekends and perform duties in private residential environments throughout Howard County.
