This is a W-2 full-time position offering base pay plus uncapped commission, providing both income stability and significant earning potential. What You’ll Do:

Engage with homeowners in residential neighborhoods
Educate customers about A3 Smart Home security systems
Identify customer needs and recommend the best security solutions
Close sales and schedule installations
Maintain a positive and professional presence in assigned territories

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a competitive mindset
Ability to work independently in the field
Comfortable with face-to-face residential sales
Reliable transportation
Sales experience is helpful but not required. We provide full training.
